Shipping Location and Rates

We ship anywhere in South Africa, for Worldwide Shipping please contact us via WhatsApp or Email ([email protected])

We charge a flat rate of R140 for shipping to anywhere in South Africa.

Shisha / Hookah pipes / Caesar Bases / All Bulk Deals – We charge an additional R60 for shipping to any location within South Africa. (R200 will be charged in total for shipping including other single products)

Processing Time:

Our processing time is usually between 2-3 Business Days once payment has cleared. We reserve the right to cancel any order.

Delivery Time:

While we strive to deliver your orders as soon as possible, please take the following into account:

• Delivery time for major city areas: 2 to 5 working days
• Delivery time for rural and outlying areas: 4 to 10 working days

Shipping Liability

Your orders will be securely packaged prior to collection so if there is any damage during shipping we will not be held liable. 

Please note that all shipping charges for exchanges and returns are not covered and are at your expense.
